Our PRODUCTS

Choose YOUR PRODUCT

Our coffee starts at Finca San Francisco, in the mountains of Chinameca, San Miguel, where our family has farmed the same land for over a century. We grow Pacamara beans under native shade trees, harvesting by hand and processing with care. We offer whole bean and freshly ground coffee in medium roast, with a dark roast coming next year, along with the option to grind fresh for reusable pods.

Our RoastINg approach

Our coffee is roasted in small batches near origin, a decision that keeps quality under control and preserves the natural character of the bean: balanced acidity, smooth body, and the subtle flavors that come from Chinameca's soil and climate. Roasting locally also keeps jobs in El Salvador and ensures every bag reaches you as fresh as possible. Next year, we plan to expand our offering to include coffee from other Chinameca producers who share our same standards. Currently, we sell exclusively in Canada.
